Community involvement and support for programs and individuals in need is core to the culture at NTC. Our company’s culture and social responsibility is to contribute by volunteering, donating, and supporting as many organizations as possible that are within our nonprofit pillars.

Our team spent time helping landscape Army SPC Peterson’s custom home with Homes For Our Troops.
Fisher House Golf Classic
NTC sponsored and played in the 18th Annual Fisher House Golf Classic, which benefits The Fisher House Foundation. The Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military & veteran families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in the hospital.
Foster Care Awareness with Together We Rise Team Build
NTC partnered with Together We Rise to help make a difference for foster children in our local company. Our team members took time to decorate duffel bags and fill each bag with a teddy bear, warm blanket, hygiene kit, and a coloring book. Our team decorated 60 duffel bags and will be donating the bags to children in the community for #FosterCareAwarenessMonth
Feeding Tampa Bay “Cereal for Summer” drop-off
Every Summer, NTC contributes to Feeding Tampa Bay’s Cereal for Summer food drive. This is NTC’s 6th year collecting cereal for the drive, and this year our team donated over 1,000 items.
Humane Society’s “Walk for Whiskers” 5k
NTC team members participated in Humane Society Pinellas’ Walk for Whiskers 5k. The proceeds from the 5k go towards the care, feeding and medical costs of our furry kids.
Upcoming Summer Initiatives In June, NTC team members will participate in the St. Pete Pride festivities. In July, NTC’s team will be hosting a donation drive for the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay “Back to School Celebration.” Staff members will be given the opportunity to bring in school supplies for inner-city and underprivileged youth, and will also help volunteer at the event.
